Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Power Platform Developer to independently design, develop, and deliver end-to-end business solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Gather business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and lead technical delivery. • Build, configure, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps. • Develop automated workflows utilizing Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop (PAD). • Design reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. • Architect Dataverse solutions including tables, relationships, business rules, and role-based security. • Implement DAX formulas, Power Query transformations, and complex data modeling. • Integrate external and internal services using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Custom Connectors. • Manage solution deployment, ALM strategy, and CI/CD pipelines. • Configure and support SharePoint Online environments, including sites, lists, document libraries, metadata, and permissions. • Conduct stakeholder demos, author system documentation, and provide production support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Extensive hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. • Core proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps). • Strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop PAD). • Advanced competency in Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling. • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse (tables, relationships, business rules, security models). • Experience connecting APIs via Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and custom connectors. • Proven experience with Solution Management, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines. • In-depth expertise in SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata architecture). • Strong customer-facing communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. • Experience interfacing with global stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills: • SharePoint Framework (SPFx). • Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. • Power Platform Governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Environment Management. • Advanced ALM Strategy implementation. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI.
