Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI-Powered Power BI Engineer with strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and AI-assisted analytics for a long-term contract role. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop executive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards. • Use Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude for AI-assisted reporting. • Optimize DAX calculations, semantic models, and report performance. • Automate reporting using Python, SQL, Power Automate, and Microsoft Fabric. • Implement AI-driven insights, conversational analytics, and data governance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of Power BI experience. • 2+ years of practical AI experience. • Power BI, Advanced DAX, and Power Query. • Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude. • Microsoft Fabric, Dataflows, and Semantic Modeling. • SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT. • AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and SQL Server. • AI/LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Automation. • Row-Level Security (RLS) and Data Governance. • Preferred: Microsoft Fabric certification. • Preferred: Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) certification. • Preferred: Azure AI Engineer certification. • Preferred: Experience with AI agents, copilots, and conversational analytics. • Preferred: Enterprise-scale executive dashboard development. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Torrance, California. • Work Mode: Onsite – 4 Days/Week (Mandatory). • Job Type: Long-Term Contract.
