Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Power Platform Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end analytics and automation solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and related enterprise technologies. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Gather business requirements and translate them into robust end-to-end analytics and automation solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query workflows. • Build, configure, and maintain hands-on Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. • Write complex SQL queries, develop stored procedures, and perform database optimization. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and external enterprise systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional communication, and ensure high-quality delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3–8 years of professional experience in Power Apps, Power BI, SQL Server, and Power Automate. • Strong expertise in Power BI Dashboards, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling. • Proven hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. • Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization. • Practical experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and enterprise systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Core Skills: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL Server, DAX, Power Query, SharePoint.
