We are a fast-growing TikTok e-commerce and creator marketing company dedicated to connecting brands with high-quality content creators and livestream influencers. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our team and help build long-term partnerships with TikTok creators across the United States. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and developing relationships with TikTok content creators and livestream influencers, conducting outreach through email, TikTok direct messages, WhatsApp, and social media platforms, and negotiating collaboration opportunities. Responsibilities also include managing partnerships, coordinating product seeding and sample shipments, tracking campaign metrics and creator performance, and preparing reports. Entry-level candidates (0–2 years experience) are welcome; experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator management, sales, or social media marketing is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms, and self-motivation are required. Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus. Full-time on-site position based in California, USA, working 8 hours per day. Salary ranges from $25 per hour or $4,000 per month plus commission for entry-level, to $30 per hour or $5,000 per month plus commission for experienced candidates.
