We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across B2B and B2C channels, with a strong focus on hypermarkets, retail chains, and FMCG distribution networks. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels; Build and maintain strong relationships with hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail chains; Expand product presence in modern trade and key account channels; Lead market penetration for meat products, frozen vegetables, and FMCG staples (oil, sugar, ghee, pasta, etc.); Identify and develop new sales opportunities in local and export markets; Manage distributors and supply chain partners to ensure efficient product availability; Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies; Achieve revenue growth and expand market share across all product categories; Collaborate with production and marketing teams for successful product launches. Requirements: Proven experience in FMCG food sales (mandatory); Strong background in modern trade and hypermarkets management; Existing relationships with retail chains and key accounts is highly preferred; Experience with meat processing companies or FMCG manufacturers is a strong advantage; Solid understanding of FMCG distribution, retail expansion, and supply chain operations; Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills; Ability to manage multi-category product portfolios; Export sales experience is a plus. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in companies such as Meat and processed food manufacturers, FMCG distribution companies, Hypermarket supply chains, Retail food brands. Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
