Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field; proven experience in medical sales within a healthcare organization; previous supervisory or team leadership experience; strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to manage teams effectively in a target-driven environment; strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
