We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to lead day-to-day sales performance of our retail store network. This role bridges strategy and execution to ensure revenue targets are met, customer experience is elevated, and operational efficiency is maintained across all branches. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, monitoring store KPIs, leading and coaching store managers and sales teams, collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams, analyzing sales data and market trends, designing in-store promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent brand standards, and preparing sales reports for senior management. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum 5-10 years in retail sales management (FMCG, F&B, or specialty retail preferred), proven multi-branch retail operations management, strong leadership and people management skills, proficiency in sales reporting tools (MS Excel, Power BI), fluency in Arabic and English, and ability to commute to or reside in El Obour City, Cairo.
