Role & Company / Project Overview: PMO بالعربي is partnering with a Cairo-based Design & Build company working in residential and retail to set up an Execution Excellence Center that covers every project from the moment it is won to the day it is handed over. This is the first and most critical hire on that team. We are not looking for someone to produce reports; we are looking for someone to build an execution engine. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Take over live projects and bring them under control: cash flow, procurement, and earned-value progress tracking • Lead from the site, not from behind a desk • Manage a project portfolio and set its priorities • Structure and manage delivery partnerships with contractors and execution partners • Help build the Execution Excellence Center from the ground up Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 10 years of experience • Experience leading a PMO or a project portfolio yourself, not just working inside one • A proven track record of growing a portfolio: where it started, where you took it, and how • Solid background in residential and retail / fit-out projects • Ability to speak the engineer's language on site and the owner's language in the boardroom • Decisive and fast-moving mindset with a focus on execution over theory Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Cairo, Egypt • Employment Type: Full-time and on-site Application Instructions: Interested candidates who meet the requirements should send their CV with the subject line 'Senior PMO Lead – [Your Name]'.
