• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced MEP Projects Director to provide strategic leadership and full accountability for the execution and performance of a portfolio of MEP projects. This senior leadership position reports directly to the General Manager / COO. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and oversee multiple MEP projects from planning through completion. - Direct Project Managers, Technical Office, Planning, Commercial, and Procurement functions. - Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, KPIs, and overall portfolio performance. - Drive project coordination and resolve operational risks, delays, and challenges. - Oversee contracts, variations, claims, and contractual negotiations. - Ensure effective coordination between project sites, technical teams, consultants, and clients. - Lead project governance, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with project requirements, ISO standards, and HSE policies. - Lead, mentor, and develop MEP Project Managers and supporting teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - 15+ years of experience in MEP contracting/construction, including senior leadership experience managing multiple projects. - Strong background in project management, contracts, planning, and commercial coordination. - MBA/PMP certification is an advantage. - Fluent in Arabic and English. - Strong strategic leadership, financial, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cairo, Egypt. - Onsite role overseeing multiple project sites, technical teams, and executive reporting. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard executive compensation package aligned with senior management level. • Application Instructions - Submit your updated CV to the designated recruitment email address.
