• Role & Company / Project Overview: NAIA Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex real estate development projects at NAIA BAY, Ras El Hekma. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and manage complex, large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams through to completion and final handover - Manage project budgets, schedules, cost control, and risk management - Coordinate and work closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders - Ensure high quality standards, statutory compliance, and timely delivery across all phases of development • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field - 15+ years of overall experience in project management - At least 5 years of experience working with real estate development companies (developers) - At least 5 years of experience working on projects in Egypt’s North Coast (Sahel) - Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects, including hotels and mixed-use developments - Demonstrated experience taking projects through to completion and final handover - Strong skills in project planning, budget and cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: NAIA BAY, Ras El Hekma – North Coast, Matrouh Governorate, Egypt - On-site development and project leadership • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive package in line with senior industry standards (not disclosed in post) • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates who meet the listed requirements are invited to submit their updated CVs to the official careers email address.
