• Role & Company / Project Overview Basata is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join its Tech Team. The role focuses on ensuring seamless system deployments, integration, and operational stability across financial technology services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage system delivery, deployment, and end-to-end integration processes. - Oversee release management workflows, version control, and operational readiness. - Implement and maintain deployment tools and automation processes. - Perform troubleshooting and resolve deployment-related technical issues. - Coordinate effectively across cross-functional engineering teams and manage stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in system delivery, deployment, and integration. - Knowledge of release management and version control systems. - Familiarity with deployment tools and automation frameworks. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills. - Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Fintech experience is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time position based in Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company benefits and career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their CV to talent acquisition.
