We are hiring a Business Development Engineer to join MEP and be part of a growing team driving business expansion and strategic partnerships in the construction and MEP industry. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), 3-5 years of experience in Business Development within the Construction/MEP sector, strong knowledge of the Egyptian construction market, ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and strong networking and relationship management abilities. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, conducting market research and competitor analysis, supporting tendering and proposal preparation activities, and developing strategies to achieve company growth targets.
