Now Hiring: Controls Engineer. Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite). Employment Type: Full-Time. Are you passionate about automation, controls engineering, and solving complex manufacturing challenges? We are looking for a talented Controls Engineer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced automation systems. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems using Allen-Bradley platforms; Troubleshoot complex electrical, controls, and automation issues in a manufacturing environment; Develop automation solutions utilizing PLCs, robotics, servo systems, and pneumatic controls; Design electrical control panels and specify control system components; Program and modify PLC logic, HMI applications, and control software; Support equipment commissioning, startups, and continuous improvement initiatives; Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams; Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering; Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings; Hands-on experience in industrial automation and manufacturing environments; Passion for controls, automation, and continuous learning.
