Lasatex Ind. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Bucharest office. In this role, you will be the daily link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring that every order, delivery, and request is handled correctly, on time, and with professionalism. You will work directly with our ERP system and the sales team to track orders, invoices, and stock. Key responsibilities include managing customer and supplier relationships, processing sales orders from placement through delivery, entering and updating data in the ERP system, tracking deliveries with forwarders for domestic and international shipments, and offering solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has customer support experience, especially in the fashion or textile industry, but young candidates at the start of their career are also welcome as we provide structured training. Requirements include being curious, organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills, a positive attitude, teamwork ability, a good command of English (written and spoken), and a university degree.
