We are seeking a Client Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships in Brooklyn, NY. This role ensures clients remain satisfied, retained, profitable, and positioned for long-term growth. You will serve as the primary client-facing owner of assigned accounts, working closely with Operations, Billing, Sales, and Leadership to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, proactive, and capable of building long-term trust while protecting account profitability and identifying growth opportunities. This is a relationship ownership role, not customer support. Responsibilities include driving client retention and account health, leading renewals and pricing conversations, managing escalations, and identifying growth opportunities. Success means strong retention, consistent account growth, and minimal surprises. Must have proven client relationship management experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to handle difficult conversations. Preferred Yiddish speaking and account management experience.
