The Dubliner in Boston is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead one of the city's busiest and most respected Irish pubs. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while developing a strong team. Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring front and back-of-house teams, recruiting, training, and developing staff, managing scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service, driving sales while maintaining profitability, and maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Candidates should have proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent financial understanding including labor, cost control, and P&L management, a passion for training and coaching, outstanding customer service skills, and experience with high-volume food and beverage operations.
