We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the East Region, based in Biratnagar. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional goals, managing and motivating a sales team, building strong relationships with dealers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 4–6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in FMCG, ceramics, paints, tiles, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
