We are seeking an experienced and proactive Liaison Manager to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Key responsibilities include screening and verification of client documents and submission to CRM, maintaining client files and documentation records, issuing relevant forms and formats to concerned departments or teams, managing online registrations and statutory clearances such as CTE, CTO, Fire NOC, and other approvals, tracking application status through various government and private portals, coordinating with CRM teams to ensure smooth project execution until site handover, liaising with Government and Private Sector officials for approvals, documentation, and project-related activities, managing tender documentation, proposal preparation, and bid submissions, reviewing bid conditions and ensuring compliance with tender requirements, assisting in cost estimation and price calculations, and monitoring tender deadlines and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Candidate Profile: 3 to 4 years of experience in Liaisoning, Compliance, Tender Management, or Statutory Approvals; candidates with HR Administration or Industrial Relations experience are encouraged to apply; strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills; experience working with government departments and online regulatory portals is preferred.
