We are hiring an experienced Area Collection Manager (ACM) for Housing Finance to manage secured loan collections (HL/LAP) across Hisar, Sirsa & Bhiwani. Key responsibilities include handling SMA & NPA portfolio resolutions, driving field collections and recovery performance, coordinating SARFAESI, legal and repossession activities, managing agencies, lawyers and collection team productivity, ensuring delinquency control and monthly collection targets. Eligibility: minimum 5+ years in secured loan collections, strong understanding of SARFAESI and legal recovery processes, experience in Housing Finance/NBFC preferred, good local market knowledge of Haryana region, immediate joiners preferred.
