A leading Indian manufacturer of specialized industrial and municipal equipment is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Service. The role involves managing installation, commissioning, and after-sales service activities at customer sites, leading service engineers, handling warranty management, preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and customer support operations. Responsibilities include conducting operator training programs, ensuring safety standards, driving service excellence through problem management, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation, supervising machine testing, repair, and performance evaluation, optimizing manpower and operational resources, generating business through AMC contracts and spare parts sales, coordinating with sales, operations, production, suppliers, contractors, and customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Desired skills include strong technical understanding of mechanical and hydraulic equipment, experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, and excellent leadership, customer handling, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 6+ years. Working days: 6 days a week. Salary: As per industry standards.
