We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / Project Manager with expertise in Healthcare IT, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and Anatomic Pathology to bridge clinical operations with cutting-edge technology. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting clinical requirements, acting as liaison between clinical stakeholders and engineering teams, leading end-to-end project delivery, mapping and optimizing lab workflows, translating business needs into technical specifications, coordinating system integrations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, HL7, and FHIR, managing timelines and risks, supporting UAT and deployment. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in a BA/PM hybrid role, experience with healthcare systems or LIS, strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. This is a hybrid role based in Berkeley, CA.
