We are looking for a highly motivated Endpoint & Security Support Engineer – L1 to join our global support team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service experience, and a passion for solving endpoint and security-related issues in enterprise environments. The role involves handling chats, calls, and support tickets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to internal KPIs. Required skills include strong knowledge of Windows, macOS & Linux operating systems, understanding of OSI model and network troubleshooting, experience with VLAN, NAT, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, hands-on troubleshooting using CLI tools, understanding of SSL/TLS, Certificates & Encryption Keys, basic Windows Administration, Active Directory & Group Policies, experience with Patch Management & System/Application troubleshooting, basic log analysis, ability to read/write SQL queries, experience with Antivirus, Antimalware, Defender, EDR & MDR tools, knowledge of Windows Firewall rule configuration, and excellent written & verbal communication skills. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, MCP/MCTS/MCITP, and CCNA.
