We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading organization in the automotive equipment and engineering sector in Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives, performance management support, HR operations and policy implementation, employee relations and grievance handling, and coordination with business stakeholders on HR matters. Requirements include an MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in recruitment and HRBP activities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred. Experience required: 1.5 to 4 years.
