Xoxoday is seeking a data-driven Senior Business & Data Analyst with deep expertise in sales incentives and compensation analytics to join their fast-growing SaaS team in Bengaluru. The role involves owning complex sales and incentives data analysis including commissions, quotas, and payouts, building advanced Excel models and dashboards for quota and territory planning, translating business problems into precise product requirements for engineering teams, and partnering with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure accuracy, auditability, and impact. The ideal candidate will have exposure to SPM, ICM, and channel incentives in BFSI/Fintech/B2B SaaS domains. Mandatory criteria include 3+ years in Business/Data/Product Analyst roles, 2+ years in BFSI/Fintech/B2B SaaS handling incentives/commissions, hands-on experience with messy datasets, Excel, and commission structures, and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The CTC range is ₹15-25 LPA inclusive of variable, and the maximum notice period is 30 days.
