### Role & Company / Project Overview Zorvix Consultancy is hiring for Customer Service Associates for an International Voice Process based in Electronic City, Bengaluru. This role offers an opportunity to provide world-class inbound customer service and support in a dynamic global environment. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle inbound customer queries and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally. - Deliver high-quality, customer-centric support and ensure accurate first-contact solutions. - Consistently meet and exceed established service quality, customer satisfaction, and daily productivity standards. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Open to both Graduates and Undergraduates. - Experience: Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills with B2/C1 proficiency. - Customer Service: Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. - Computer & Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with at least 80% accuracy; solid working knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Office applications. - Experience Weightage: Voice process experience preferred; prior non-voice/backend experience carries 50% weightage. - Selection Process / Interview Rounds: HR Screening → Typing Test → SVAR Assessment (minimum score of 60 required) → Operations Round → HR/Offer Discussion. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Full-Time, Work from Office. - Work Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Interview Mode: 100% Virtual interviews. - Transport: Dedicated two-way cab facility provided for travel up to 30 KM. ### Compensation & Benefits - Salary Package Structure (annual CTC depending on experience, eligibility, and process requirements): • 0–6 Months: ₹3,10,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum (₹3.10–4.50 LPA) • 7–11 Months: ₹4,22,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (₹4.22–5.50 LPA) • 12–23 Months: ₹4,22,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (₹4.22–5.50 LPA) • 24–48 Months: ₹4,75,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (₹4.75–5.50 LPA) • 48+ Months: ₹4,75,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (₹4.75–5.50 LPA) - Additional Perks: Two-way company cab facility included. ### Application Instructions - Interested and eligible applicants can submit their application directly for immediate consideration.
