Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for an International Voice Support Process in Bangalore. This role involves handling international voice interactions in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle international voice customer support calls efficiently and professionally • Deliver high quality customer service and support following process guidelines • Ensure query resolution and maintain customer satisfaction Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Freshers can apply and must have excellent English communication skills • Experienced candidates must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the same International Voice Support Process • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required • Knowledge of any regional language is preferred • Candidates must be willing to work US / Night Shifts Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: US / Night Shift • Working Days: 5 days a week • Week Off: Saturday & Sunday • Work Mode: Onsite in Bangalore, Karnataka Compensation & Benefits: • Experienced Candidates: Up to 3.8 LPA (INR 3,80,000 per annum) • Two-way cab facility • Night-shift allowance • Complimentary meals • Performance-based incentives • Annual loyalty bonus of INR 12,000 Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can contact HR Barkavi via phone or WhatsApp as specified in the contact details.
