Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for an International Voice Process role based in Bengaluru. This is an exciting career opportunity to work with an international BPO process. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle customer interactions via voice calls in an international BPO environment • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional service • Adhere to call quality benchmarks and process guidelines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is required • Education: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory • Immediate joiners are preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka • Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shift • Working Days: 5 days a week • Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs • Transport: 2-way cab facility provided Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹34,000 per month • In-Hand: ₹28,000 per month • 2-way cab facility Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply directly by contacting via phone or messaging service
