Role & Company / Project Overview: Transcendence Human Resources is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Associate (International Voice + Upselling – Telecom Process) based in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle international voice customer support interactions. • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives effectively during voice calls. • Manage telecom-specific customer queries and service requests. • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and customer handling. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate. • Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience is mandatory. • Customer Support + Upselling experience is required. • Telecom domain experience will be an added advantage. • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. • Immediate joiners only. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: Night Shift. • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) in Bengaluru. • Interview Mode: Virtual. • Cab Facility: Available within a 30 KM radius and within city limits, as per company policy.
