Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for an International Voice Process role based in BTM Layout, Bangalore. This position involves interacting with international clients within a supportive and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handling international voice calls and customer support operations • Providing high-quality customer assistance and managing client interactions professionally • Communicating effectively in English to resolve customer inquiries Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Undergraduates • Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience • Good English communication skills • Willingness to work in an international voice process and night shifts Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka • Work Mode: Work From Office • Shifts: Night shifts / US shift • Transportation Facilities: One-way cab facility available for night shifts. Free night transportation provided for female employees between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
