We are hiring a SaaS Backup Storage & Disaster Recovery Engineer – L1 to join our global technical support team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills in SaaS applications, cloud backup technologies, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and disaster recovery concepts. This role requires excellent customer handling skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and experience supporting cloud-based environments through calls, chats, and ticketing systems. Required skills include Microsoft 365 Administration, Google Workspace Administration, understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies, troubleshooting backup and recovery solutions, knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID, OneDrive, SharePoint Online and Teams, familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Shared Drives, Contacts and Calendar, understanding of OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA and service accounts, experience analyzing application logs and cloud application issues, knowledge of DNS, SMTP, HTTPS and networking fundamentals, user provisioning, RBAC and permissions management, basic SQL knowledge and troubleshooting support, understanding of backup methodologies, compliance and disaster recovery concepts, and experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms. Preferred skills include SaaS backup and recovery platform support experience, Microsoft Graph API and cloud integrations knowledge, basic PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365, understanding of cloud security and data protection best practices, and customer-facing technical support experience.
