We are hiring an experienced Program Manager with 13+ years of experience to lead large-scale Commercial Banking Digital Transformation initiatives for a long-term client engagement. This is an onsite opportunity requiring expertise in program management, commercial banking domain, digital transformation projects, enterprise program delivery, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and executive communication. Preferred qualifications include 13+ years of overall IT and Program Management experience, proven experience leading large-scale Commercial Banking digital projects, strong expertise in managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives, experience with project planning, budgeting, governance, and execution, ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and business stakeholders, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP or related certifications are a plus.
