We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team in Batu Kawan. Responsibilities include ensuring production targets (quality, quantity, timeliness) are met, handling emergencies and production anomalies with proper documentation, leading team meetings and motivating staff, conducting line inspections and resolving on-site issues, and training and developing department staff. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree, have 3-5 years of manufacturing and management experience, experience managing 2 lines with 50-60 headcount, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
