LINKTEL Technology Sdn Bhd is a leading company in the optical communication industry, specializing in the research, design, and manufacturing of high-speed optical transceivers for AI computing, data centres, and telecommunications. Since establishing operations in Malaysia in 2021, we have invested over RM820 million and opened our second manufacturing plant in Penang, with a third facility already underway. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team in Batu Kawan. What You'll Do: Ensure production targets (quality, quantity, timeliness) are met; Handle emergencies and production anomalies with proper documentation; Lead team meetings and motivate staff; Conduct line inspections and resolve on-site issues; Train and develop department staff. What You Need: Diploma/Degree holder; 3-5 years manufacturing and management experience; Experience managing 2 lines with 50-60 headcount; Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
