The role is responsible for managing relationships between the company and external parties, including government authorities, partners, media, and local communities. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, handling permits, licenses, and regulatory coordination, representing the company in external meetings, events, and forums, managing communication with government authorities and external parties, monitoring policy and regulatory changes affecting the company, and assisting in handling external communication during crises or issues. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Law, or a related field, 2 to 5 years of experience in External Relations, Public Relations, or Government Relations, strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, with English preferred, good networking and negotiation skills, familiarity with local government processes and regulations, and ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders.
