PT PANJI JAYA is hiring an Inventory Controller / Buyer. The role involves managing component inventory, creating and following up on Purchase Orders, maintaining healthy inventory levels, reducing excess and slow-moving stock, proposing Safety Stock updates, monitoring backlog orders and supplier performance, analyzing stock discrepancies, supporting ECN and productivity initiatives, and optimizing shipment modes to reduce air freight costs. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Purchasing, strong understanding of Inventory Management and Cost Control, proficiency in SAP MM, good Microsoft Office skills, analytical and negotiation skills, and English communication.
