We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an EA Digital Transformation Analyst in Batam, Indonesia. Key responsibilities include digitizing and improving manual reporting processes into automated solutions, consolidating and validating regional data from multiple country teams, developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI, performing data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights, preparing management presentations and regional reports, tracking action items and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting planning transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields, strong analytical and data-handling skills, familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of SQL, Python, PHP, or Java is an advantage, ability to manage large datasets accurately, and good command of English.
