The Enterprise Development Coordinator will be responsible for grassroots implementation of the project and will serve as the primary field-level resource person for mobilizing communities, promoting enterprises, strengthening producer groups and supporting market-linked livelihood opportunities. The position requires a highly motivated field professional with strong community engagement skills and practical experience in promoting livelihoods, producer institutions and micro-enterprises. Responsibilities include: mobilize and strengthen SHGs, Producer Groups, Van Dhan Groups and community enterprises through participatory planning and institution-building processes; support identification, establishment and growth of community enterprises based on tamarind, mahua, bamboo, millets, mushrooms, pulses and other locally viable products; facilitate capacity building, technical training, entrepreneurship development and adoption of improved production and processing practices; ensure effective field-level implementation, enterprise handholding, documentation, monitoring and reporting of project activities and outcomes. Requirements: Graduate degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, Forestry, Social Work, Rural Management, Tribal Development, Commerce, Business Administration or related disciplines; minimum 3-5 years of field experience in livelihoods promotion, tribal institution development; experience working with SHGs, Producer Groups, FPOs, Van Dhan Groups or tribal communities; experience in organizing community-based training programmes and livelihood interventions; willingness to travel extensively across remote villages.
