We are hiring an experienced Sales Head – Exports (General Medicines) to lead global expansion initiatives, strengthen international partnerships, and drive revenue growth across regulated, semi-regulated, and emerging markets. The role involves developing and executing global sales and export strategies, expanding business across new and existing international markets, building and managing relationships with distributors, agents, and strategic partners worldwide, driving market expansion and identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial negotiations and strategic account management, collaborating with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams, managing sales forecasts, budgets, profitability, and export performance, leading and mentoring high-performing export sales teams, and representing the organization at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business forums. The ideal candidate will have 18-20 years of Pharmaceutical Export Sales experience, strong exposure to the General Medicines portfolio, experience handling regulated, semi-regulated, and emerging markets, proven success in international business development and market expansion, strong distributor management and strategic account management expertise, excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and an MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred.
