Deep Construction is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the role of Production Foreman / Production Supervisor to support operations at a leading Ferro Alloy Plant in Barjora, West Bengal. Key responsibilities include planning daily production activities, allocating manpower for metal breaking, sizing, packing, and loading, supervising supervisors and gang leaders, monitoring productivity and labour efficiency, controlling labour costs, and maintaining daily reports. Candidates should have a Diploma in Production Engineering (preferred), 2-5 years of experience in Ferro Alloy or Metal Processing industry, and experience managing 100-300 contract workers. Salary ranges ₹25,000-₹35,000 per month plus PF, ESI, and performance incentives.
