We are urgently hiring a Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO) for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products at our Baramati, Maharashtra location. The role involves sourcing HL/LAP business through direct sales, referrals, builders, connectors, and channel partners. Responsibilities include generating quality leads, building customer and partner relationships, understanding financial requirements, achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and maintaining portfolio quality. Eligibility requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in HL/LAP sales, graduate or undergraduate status, age up to 32 years, strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred candidates have experience in banking, NBFC, housing finance, or DSA channels. Compensation includes a competitive salary up to ₹4.00 LPA with attractive incentives and performance rewards. Immediate joiners are preferred.
