We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The role involves generating leads through field visits and local market activities, acquiring new customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. Responsibilities also include building strong relationships with clients, conducting product presentations, closing sales, and maintaining daily activity and sales reports. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, with strong communication and convincing skills. Graduation is mandatory. The position offers a CTC of 2.5 to 4.5 LPA plus incentives. Local candidates are preferred.
