We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and development using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform technologies. Required skills include 6+ years of relevant development experience with solid integration, OOPS, GITOPS, strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, experience with SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and REST/SOAP APIs, strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules, experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs and middleware, hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, and DevOps processes, experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies, and strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Good to have includes Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein AI and Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator). Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions, building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and integrations, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring best practices for Salesforce development, security, and governance, performing code reviews and providing technical guidance to team members, troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing support, and participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to technical solution design.
