We are seeking a driven Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant to help organizations build stronger customer relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities include designing and implementing D365 CE solutions, configuring sales, service, and marketing modules, and managing omnichannel engagement. The role involves integrating external systems via APIs and Power Automate, extending functionality with plugins, and performing UAT and end-user training. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in D365 CE with at least 2 full life cycle projects, mastery of Power Platform and Azure Services, and a Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Business Administration. MB-210 or MB-260 certifications are preferred.
