We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, integrations, Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform technologies. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions, building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, following Salesforce development best practices, security, and governance, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to team members, troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing support, and participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to technical solution design. Required skills include 6+ years of Salesforce Development experience, strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components, expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, strong understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs and middleware, hands-on experience with SFDX, Change Sets, Git, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes, good understanding of OOP concepts and Agile methodologies, and strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Good to have includes Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein AI, and Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator.
