Role & Company / Project Overview: LanceSoft is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Bangalore for an enterprise technology leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for a senior software engineering leader with 10+ years of experience who excels at solving complex architecture, integration, and enterprise technology challenges. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead complex enterprise software implementation projects • Solve cross-functional architecture and design challenges • Work with LevelPath / Jaggaer platforms • Design and support enterprise integrations • Drive SIT / UAT for large-scale initiatives • Improve engineering, testing, and operational excellence • Mentor Software Engineers and resolve escalated issues • Work across business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation projects • Strong experience with LevelPath/Jaggaer implementations • Strong technical leadership and architecture experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field • Tech Expertise: LevelPath / Jaggaer, LevelPath APIs, Oracle Cloud ERP • REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0 • API Gateway and Enterprise Integration Patterns • Message Queues, Kafka, Event Streaming • Workflow Configuration and Data Integration • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) • API Security and Authentication Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work arrangement: Onsite enterprise leadership role Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated CV to the recruiter directly.
