Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Ivalua Technical SME / Implementation Lead for the role of Application Support Engineer in Bengaluru. The position requires strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) expertise and demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Ivalua implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) programs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Act as the Ivalua Technical SME and lead client engagements • Lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation and AMS programs • Define and enforce development best practices and coding standards • Provide solution architecture expertise across Ivalua S2P modules • Mentor team members and support their technical development • Coordinate global onsite-offshore and cross-functional teams • Manage project risks, escalations, and dependencies • Oversee solution design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support • Ensure compliance with delivery standards and PMO governance Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Ivalua • 9+ years in enterprise application delivery • 4+ years in Ivalua program delivery • Education: 15 years of full-time education • Ivalua Delivery/Implementation Certification – L1/L2/L3 • Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes • Comprehensive experience in end-to-end Ivalua SI implementation and AMS programs • Strong grasp of solution architecture and software design principles • Technical knowledge of integrations, middleware, APIs, ETL, and ERP ecosystems • Proven capability in enterprise application delivery and program leadership • Proficiency in performance optimization and scalable solution design Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India • Work arrangement: Full-time professional role Compensation & Benefits: • Standard corporate compensation package (CTC to be discussed based on current and expected parameters) Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should email their updated resume along with total experience, Ivalua experience, Ivalua program delivery experience, Ivalua certification level (L1/L2/L3), current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and current company details with the subject line 'Application – Ivalua Technical SME | Bengaluru'.
