• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Lead Engineer – Java/J2EE to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. The position requires an experienced technical lead who can design scalable, high-volume enterprise applications and mentor engineering teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead, mentor, and guide Java development teams across the software development lifecycle. - Drive solution design, architectural decisions, and technical leadership. - Architect and build high-volume, scalable enterprise-level Java applications. - Handle Content Management System (CMS) customization, configuration, content rendering, template creation, and API-based content/data handling. - Implement object-oriented design, programming, debugging, and microservices architecture. - Build and maintain robust REST APIs. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level Java application development. - Mandatory Technical Skills: • Java / J2EE (Java 1.8+) • Content Management System (CMS) – Mandatory (customization, configuration, content rendering, template creation, API-based content/data handling) • Spring Boot & Spring Cloud • Microservices Architecture • REST APIs • Build Tools: Gradle • Databases: Oracle SQL & Cassandra / NoSQL • CI/CD & Version Control: Git / Stash & Jenkins • Strong Object-Oriented Design, Programming & Debugging skills - Good to Have Skills: • Apache Spark / Spark Programming • eCommerce / Retail domain experience • Agile / Scrum experience • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Standard corporate working environment. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes for review.
