• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Lead Service Developer/Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Solution Architecture, and API development to join our team. The ideal candidate is a technically strong leader with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, ownership, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and develop robust services utilizing REST APIs, SOAP, Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event-Driven Architecture. - Work extensively with Spring, Spring Boot, Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, Integration Frameworks, SQL, and NoSQL. - Leverage distributed caching solutions such as Redis and Apache Ignite. - Handle API performance optimization, resiliency, caching frameworks, Kafka, and MQ messaging systems. - Utilize AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Windsurf, including optimizing token utilization. - Manage production support, incident resolution, and system monitoring using Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk. - Mentor junior developers, lead offshore engineering teams, and rigorously review code quality, architecture design, and deliverables. - Implement object-oriented programming (OOP), algorithms, modular coding standards, and software engineering best practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java 8+. - Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SOAP, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture. - Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Apache Ignite, Kafka, and MQ. - Proven background in production support, incident resolution, and observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk). - Proven experience mentoring developers and leading offshore technical teams. - Strong foundation in OOP, algorithms, and clean modular coding. - Good to Have: AWS cloud experience; AI/ML/NLP knowledge; Financial Services domain experience (highly preferred). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST - Contract Duration: 6 Months - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sharing their updated resume with the recruitment team.
