We are hiring a Business Development / Sales Manager for our Bangalore location (Cunningham Road). This role involves driving B2B and project sales in the luxury interior accessories and wallcoverings sector. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection, and building relationships with architects and interior designers. Preferred candidates have 5+ years of experience or are freshers with an MBA. Qualification: Graduate mandatory, MBA preferred. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Salary range: ₹5 LPA to ₹12 LPA depending on experience. Important: This is strictly a B2B & Project Sales profile; direct experience working with architects and interior designers is mandatory for experienced candidates.
