TeleCMI is hiring a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive for our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification and excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Responsibilities include engaging inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, chat; qualifying leads; scheduling product demonstrations with prospects; maintaining accurate CRM records; following up post-demo; preparing pre-sales reports; and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive business growth. Required: B2B SaaS/software sales experience, CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared), MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a consultative approach. Preferred: Tamil/Telugu fluency and enterprise customer experience. This is a full-time, office-based role with a fast-growing SaaS company.
